Føtex approached Fjord/Accenture to design and implementing a world-class home delivery grocery experience within 10 months to maximize convenience for customers who previously relied on its physical stores.
This transformation project involved a collaborative and integrated approach to set up superior and competitive customer service operations with a team of over 100 people in order to build a new business for Denmark's largest retailer. With Føtex home delivery, shoppers perused familiar shelves, planned meals, and purchased groceries from their homes, serving up both convenience and safety in record time.

Inês has been a key contributor and a great team player on the project. Inês is adept in visual design and has a keen eye for attention for detail which proved to be crucial for the success of the project. She is very articulate and brings her A-game for client presentations which is an important skill when designing for implementation. She adapted to constantly changing requirements swiftly always with a smile on her face. Her passion for her craft and enthusiasm to make sure every pixel is carefully considered is admirable. Inês has grown immensely on this project not just in her craft but also in learning to navigate the complexity that comes with end-to-end project delivery. Inês will be an asset on any project she gets on and I would love to collaborate with her on future projects.
Anoushka Garg | Design Lead
Ines was part of the design team at the Føtex Home Delivery project who I worked frequently as a frontend developer. The designs made by Inês and her team have been recognized with a Red Dot award in Brand and Communications Design. I hope that speaks for itself in terms of her impact. This does not come as a surprise to me. The efforts made by Inês and others contributed to Føtex being delivered a state-of-the-art web application with a sleek modern design. The cooperation between the design team and development team was made significantly easier thanks to the use of the Zeplin tool. Inês has been hugely valuable as a sparring partner when it comes to the design and development of the UX. She was willing to listen and adapt to feedback and understand the concerns of the developers. She has excellent communication skills and can express her design intentions with clarity and conciseness.
Niclas A. Horstad | Front-end Developer
Inês is a talented visual designer who is detail-oriented and capable of easily understanding and executing complex UI work. Beyond visual design, she has a keen mind for UX scenarios and was often able to point out use cases the team might have missed otherwise. Ines was articulate in her communication, both within the team and with the client. She often had the responsibility of presenting to the client/larger team during CX/technical reviews and she handled this perfectly. I really appreciate her knack for organization (which was essential in a long-running project such as this one). She has gone above and beyond in her responsibilities and taken great efforts to maintain project files, ensuring a smooth handover to the client. It has been a pleasure collaborating with Ines, her contributions have been essential to the success of this project and I look forward to working with her again in the future.
Shailee Advani | UX Designer
Inês made some very very beautiful visual designs that were recognized by several of the client people and also within the Accenture team. The level of detail, completeness, and perfection in her design is a tribute to the visual design role and skills. Your natural instinct for perfection and wish to delight the eye has been well in use in the Wave project. Also, your open and smiling attitude is definitely a positive strength both in internal conversations and also externally at client meetings. Kindly keep on making our world more beautiful!
